Holly’s Heart

Holly, age 21, Tennessee

At 21, my life changed completely after being diagnosed with POTS. What was once a life of independence, working in my dream career, and planning for the future quickly became one of limitations. I now live with constant tachycardia, pre-syncope, nausea, memory loss, and reduced mobility. I can no longer drive or work, and I’ve had to rely on others for daily support. POTS didn’t just impact my health it took away the life I had built. Despite it all, I continue to push forward each day.
